Title of Piece: Rainwater Visions

Artist first and last name: Matthew Murphy

Year the art was completed: 2020

Medium: Piano and string orchestrations

I composed the structure and movement of the song starting with basic chord progressions and melodies on the piano.  Once happy with the overall direction, I then built and layered in a range of orchestral instruments one by one to accentuate the dynamics and emotional journey of the composition.
