Alan Cross is a musician with a phsical disability. Since his back gave out, he hasn’t been able to walk or sit for more than a few minutes at a time. He was no longer able to work as a music direector, so he turned to composition and songwriting. He applied himself, took lessons, and recruited help from friends of different disciplines. He has written, recorded, and made available a single Open My Eyes, scored solo piano/string orchestra works and music for a musical.
